WHY A WOMAN WILL DO BETTER
It's preposterous just by
the thought of it,that purple have over the years bought the ideology or have cultured the mentality that a female gender doesn't have the capabilities to compete with their male counterparts. They have been seen as the weaker vessel and this has in a way cut deep to their total disposition in the society affecting the quality of their expected dispensation.
This phenomenon is totally abhorrent . It's however disappointing to note that, through observation, the majority of woman have come to accept and live with this mentality leaving the minority to fight for course they have backed out on.
The women have strived over sex inequalities for ages. They have been belittled but all thanks to the few women of valor who must have had a rethink in the confines of their several rooms and have seen the need for their voice to be heard.
Just in case you're wondering, I am a guy and I am straight,LOL.
Let's leave all the big grammar.
Now why do I feel a woman will do better irrespective of what field you put her in?
The answer isn't far fetched. The same ideology about the woman folk which most people have come to accept has served as strength and motivation for them. They know the society expect very little of them and so they strife to be better in all they do so as to prove the society wrong and make a point to themselves that they aren't weaker vessels has they've been told since they were little.
Experiences gathered has also been an incentive to this action. Many woman and child have suffered a great deal of oppression, humiliation among many others. Employers of labour wants to have a carnal knowledge of anything on skirts. They also use that as an incentive for promotion . This ideology has lessened the number of female politician, activist, etc.
We thank the Almighty for the age of enlightening and reasoning. As technology is vastly improving so is our mind: to think and rethink, outside the box. No women wants to be a liability anymore, everyone is striving to become something. Women are putting themselves out the more.
In all, nobody mentioned anything as pertaining a gender being above the other, the fight is for gender equality.
A woman can do just as well as a man and even better. My take :a woman can do better.
The likes of Christine Lagarde , Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund , Sheryl Sandberg , COO of Facebook, Susan Wojcicki , CEO of YouTube, Oprah Winfrey ,Linda Ikeji, Omotola Jalade amidst many others have served and are still serving as good examples for the women.
You can do better.
